DJ Merch and Custom Tumblers Return Policy

  • Easy 30 Day Exchanges:

    If you need a different style, size, or design, you can return your item(s) for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

    • To be eligible for an exchange: Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn condition, not washed, dirty, have makeup stains, smell of smoke or perfume, or show any other signs of wear. New items will only be shipped out after original items are received and approved.
    • You are responsible for the shipment of returning any items to us including return postage. DJ Merch and Custom Tumblers  is not responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable package option so you can confirm delivery. If you did not use a tracking or delivery confirmation service and your package is not received by us, there is nothing we can do about it. We cannot re-ship items sent to us that are ineligible for an exchange.

To initiate a return:
Mail the item(s) along with a note that includes your name, order number, email address used to place the order, or any other identifying information to:

Cancelling or modifying orders:

  • We can only cancel or modify orders if you contact us prior to the order being shipped and we confirm the changes can be made. We cannot guarantee any specific changes can be made prior to the order being shipped out.
  • Generally, the time in which we can make changes may be a couple hours or a couple days after an order is placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email from us when your order has shipped and can no longer be modified.
  • There is a 12% restocking fee on all cancelled orders as we incur non-recoupable costs regardless of an order's fulfillment status
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at djmerch.tumblers@gmail.com  with the following:
    1. Details of your order so we can look it up. (E.g. order #, full name of person who placed the order)
    2. Briefly explain what you're wanting changed or cancelled.
    3. (If modifying an order) If we are unable to modify the order, would you like it cancelled or fulfilled as is? If you do not specify, we will choose.

Problem with your order?

  • If a product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us atdjmerch.tumblers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange replacements to be sent out and any returns to be collected.
  • Any concerns in regards to the items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed.
